How customers can cancel orders before fulfillment.
When you can cancel
Orders can be cancelled as long as packing has not started. Once we begin packing or the order is out for delivery, please contact customer support.
How to cancel
Use Track Order with your Order ID and email, then press Cancel Order if the order is still eligible.
After cutoff
After the cutoff, support may still help case by case, but full cancellation is not guaranteed.
